Although I love the idea of exercise, I tend to sit on my butt most of the day and often have to fight my couch potato mentality. When I saw this article from the Art of Manliness via Mark’s Daily Apple, I had to share, as it is perfect for people like me who want to start recovering from years of sitting.
Since I’ve had Little C, my body feels more achy than usual. There’s nothing quite like giving birth to mess up your hips and back! When I started incorporating these moves into my daily routine, I immediately felt a difference in my posture and gait. It has become easier to sit upright and when I walk I no longer feel totally stiff.
These moves are challenging and yet super easy to incorporate into your daily life. I try to do these positions at least twice a day, in the morning and evening.
